Pre-Conference Timeline

Mark your calendars for these important dates to prepare for the Fall Conference:

*Special Associate Member is a Supplier Associate Member attendee who will be attending scheduled, one-on-one, individual meetings as a Member.

Conference & Hotel Reservation Cancellations:

Registration Type	Last Date to Cancel	Notes
Conference Registration Cancellation	Before September 10	Registration fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee ($175) prior to September 10, 2008
Conference Registration Cancellation	After September 10	Registration fee will NOT be refunded
Hotel Reservation Cancellation	September 19	Reservations cancelled after September 19th, 2008 will be charged for the entire reserved stay, according to your original reservation. This applies to no-shows as well. Prime Advantage will not be responsible for cancellation fees on any room

Preference Submission:
Online Preference Submission is scheduled to open by the end of September.

Conference Handbooks:
Conference Handbooks will be available by the end of September.

Ride Board:
Utilizing the Ride Board will help you find a buddy to share a ride from/to the airport. The information you enter also enables the hotel to make it easier for you to check in.

During registration: Make sure to add your flight schedule to your registration and post it on the ride board; if you haven’t booked your flight you can edit your registration after booking.
Early September: Update any changes to your flight information on your registration.
Early October: Check the ride board to find a buddy for the trip; contact your buddy directly to determine who should arrange the transportation and find out where you will meet.
