*Special Associate Members are Supplier attendees who will be attending the scheduled one-on-one meetings as a buyer.
**Registered guests are invited to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening (April 21) and to the Prime Advantage Group Activity on Thursday Night (April 22).

Reservations cancelled after March 17, 2010 will be charged for the entire reserved stay, according to your original reservation. This applies to no-shows as well. Prime Advantage will not be responsible for cancellation fees on any room. |
Preference Submission
Online Preference Submission is scheduled to open by the end of March.
Conference Handbooks
Conference Handbooks will be available by the end of March.
Ride Board
Utilizing the Ride Board will help you find a buddy to share a ride between the airport and the Sheraton in Birmingham. The information you enter also enables the hotel to make it easier for you to check in.
- During registration: Make sure to add your flight schedule to your registration and post it on the ride board; if you haven’t booked your flight you can edit your registration after booking
- Early March: Update any changes to your flight information on your registration
- Early April: Check the ride board to find a buddy for the trip; Contact your buddy directly to determine who should arrange the transportation and find out where you will meet
