All Conference Sponsorships include:

optional My Prime Advantage advertisement for up to two months
sponsor ribbon on badge
recognition in handbook as a sponsor
recognition in general meetings
recognition in the Conference Homepage as a sponsor (logo)
signs at the Welcome reception and Closing Ceremony
logistics coordinated and arranged by Prime Advantage

	Member and Supplier Welcome Reception - $40,000 (One opportunity only - also available as a co-sponsorship at $5,000 each for multiple Suppliers) Make the first impact on the attendees, registered guests and speakers at the Welcome Reception. This sponsorship includes signs featuring your company's name at the entrance, on stanchions on the buffet tables and on logoed-napkins at the bars. The sponsor can also bring promotional materials to be distributed on tables and any other promotional displays. A full page color advertisement in the conference handbooks is included.
	Handbook Back Cover (SOLD) For: Member Attendees Only - $3,000 All Attendees - $4,000 Get your logo and company information on the back of the handbook. The handbooks are used by Members and Suppliers throughout the Conference and after they get back to the office.
	Lunch - $2,500 each (SOLD) Use the captive audience to display a PowerPoint slide show with your company and or product information on two screens in the room (no sound will be projected). The presentation will be set up to run through the slides of your choosing (approved by Prime Advantage). Your company name will also be displayed as the Sponsor of the lunch.
	Lanyards (SOLD) Member Attendees Only - $2,250 All Attendees - $2,750 Your company name or logo will appear with the Prime Advantage name on all of Member or Attendee lanyards. Attendees are required to wear their name badges to all events, meetings and activities. The lanyards will be included in the registration packet received upon checking in at the Conference.
	4 Breaks — $1,000 each (SOLD) Four breaks are available for sponsorship at the Spring Conference. Break sponsors will have signs displayed around the food with their company names. Napkins will also be placed out on the tables with the company logo. Promotional items or giveaways can also be added to the tables around the break area (these additional items are provided by the sponsor).
	Floor Sponsorship - $1000 per banner (3 available) Feature your products in a professionally made banner in one-on-one meeting area to maximize product visibility. The artwork for the banner to be provided by the sponsors
