Reservations cancelled after March 20, 2012 will be charged for the entire reserved stay, according to your original reservation. This applies to no-shows as well. Prime Advantage will not be responsible for cancellation fees on any room. |
Preference Submission
Online Preference Submission is scheduled to open by the end of March.
Conference Handbooks
Conference Handbooks will be available by the end of March.
Ride Board (Share your rental cars)
Utilizing the Ride Board will help you find a buddy to share a ride between the airport and the Renaissance Hotel in Austin. The information you enter also enables the hotel to make it easier for you to check in
- During registration: Make sure to add your flight schedule to your registration and post it on the ride board; if you haven’t booked your flight you can edit your registration after booking
- Early March: Update any changes to your flight information on your registration
- Early April : Check the ride board to find a buddy for the trip; Contact your buddy directly to determine who should arrange the transportation and find out where you will meet
