information (like your account or credit card numbers). We use customer
contact information from the registration forms to send you information
about our company. The customer's contact information is also used
to contact you when necessary. Financial information that is collected
is used to check your qualifications for registration and to bill
you for products and services. Unique identifiers (such as social
security numbers) are collected to verify your identity and for
use as account numbers in our record system. Unique identifiers
will only be passed on to our endorsed suppliers if this information
is required for their registration process. Examples of this include
travel agency and rental car company registration. Prime Advantage
does not sell or forward its contact information to other third

CHOICE/OPT-OUT, CHANGE INFORMATION
